Almost everything that runs continuously in a camper is a DC load. The fridge, the ceiling fan, the water pump and the LED strips all want 12V. Yes. All four use LiFePO4 or LFP cells, which deliver less than rated capacity in the cold and will refuse to charge below freezing to protect themselves. A unit stored in an uninsulated garage or a cold van overnight may not accept solar the next morning until it warms up.
